The Center for Ethics in Science and Technology (Ethics Center) and Reuben H. Fleet Science Center present:
This event will highlight the recent developments in new technologies for deriving stem cells. The panelists include three people from the San Diego community who are recognized as leaders in addressing the scientific and ethical implications of stem cell research:
  • Dr. Larry Goldstein (scientist)
  • Dr. John Evans (social scientist)
  • Dr. Mary Devereaux (bioethicist)

Note: This program provides 1.5 hours of continuing ethics education credit for stem cell researchers working at institutions that are members of the San Diego Research Ethics Consortium.
