This REJC will focus on perceptions of organizational justice and regulatory compliance on the impact on ethical research practices. A discussion of two articles will serve as a foundation to explore the perceptions of scientists and the potential impact of the organization in facilitating a collective value of scientific integrity or promoting behaviors that threaten scientific integrity and, possibly, public trust. |
