Missed Meetings
If you will miss, or have missed, one meeting of the course, then you can complete the following alternate assignment to substitute for the missed class:
- This assignment must be completed no later than Friday of the last week of classes.
- Identify a corresponding reading for the topic(s) missed at the website research-ethics.net
- Select one case linked from the reading for the class missed. If the course reading does not include a case, then you should write your own case relevant to the topic of the class. If you write your own case, it should be no more than 500 words. If you use someone else’s case, you must give credit to the author of the case.
- Write an analysis of the case that addresses the factors summarized in the following two documents:
- Guidelines for case discussions
- Scoresheet for case discussions
- Your analysis must be original and based on your own ideas. It should be no more than 500 words and should be submitted to the course instructor at
